TEAM FORMAT
Northeast National Championship

Presented By Eastern Pennsylvania RC Crawlers

2.2Pro, 2.2S Team Format

There will be 5 teams for 2.2PRO and 5 teams for 2.2Sportsman, creating and judging the Top 10 Contributing Sponsor Courses.
The Captains will be picked for Pro and Sportsman prior to the event and will randomly select their teams Friday night at the Captains meeting in the Pavilion at 8PM.

All the courses will be 10 Gates 5min.- 6 min.
Bonus gates will be at the discretion of the teams building the courses.

This year I am inviting back the BC Crawlers Club to once again create

The EPARCCrawlers
NORTHEAST NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PRO FINALS COURSE.

All courses will be checked and approved prior to them opening by the Event Marshalls and/or Event Organizers.
Marshalls and Organizers have to power to modify any courses as needed.

Team size will depend upon how many drivers sign up.
I am hoping for between 5-8 drivers per team.
**Junior Drivers will not be expected to be a part of a team.**
Each team will be responsible to continuously judge and staff their courses until closed at the scheduled time.

The team format is a fun way to meet new people and have a great time. Teams will be cooperatively building their courses. Drivers at each course should be given a walk through. The Captains will be passing along specific info to their team.

These two rules are nonnegotiable. First, while the courses are open a minimum of two members will staff their course. The drivers that leave to drive will complete ONE course and return to relieve their team members so they can get out to drive. Also I want to stress to everyone that we are here to have a good time. Please be supportive and courteous to judges and other drivers. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. There will be consequences for behavior and actions that are unsportsmanlike.

I've done this format at ECC awhile ago, I'll just have to work it out should my spotter be on another team so we could break at the same time to run courses.

The format is pretty flexible. Each Captain or course will have a walkie talkie so you should be able to reach your spotter no problem."thumbsup"

OK Drivers, I am starting to put together the Captains for the TEAM FORMAT for the event. If you are interested in being a Captain please contact me ASAP. I have 10 Captains in mind, 5 for Pro and 5 for Sporty; however if someone would like to take on the challenge it is yours to have. I know if I ask the 10 I have in mind they would step up, that is another reason why I enjoy hanging out and driving, everyone pitches in."thumbsup"
