2500hp Supra Build

Absolutely pointless, completely unusable on the road.

I absolutely love it "thumbsup"

Will it run that power after Dyno'd.
Who knows?

Will it run reliably at the power.
Who cares (i'm guessing not the owner).

You have to set a goal, they've set a goal that pushes the envelope.
Fanfooooooookintastic and good on em.

If the world was full of some of the boring farts like previous posters we'd still be living in caves

Cheers

Thing is, its not a straight line car, its a track car. So I could give a rats 6 about the 1/4mi. How does it handle, and perform on something with S's, curves, straight-aways, etc.?

The issue of drive train is a good point. More importantly over the long haul is the car itself, i.e., the sub-frames, the uni-body, etc. Those will take a hit.
Talk to a guy that had a pretty reliable Supra at 900HP. Used it a fair amount, and then found out he had fatigue cracks all over. Kept having them welded/repaired, but eventually the body was shot.

I am well aware of cornering, and hit the pedal. In the end, 2500hp, really? More of just to prove I can, not an issue of you should, it was a good idea, the car is awesome on the asphalt, whatever.
