3Racing CR-01 - Land Blinger

Since joining this forum and looking at your rig I have had 2 or 3 sleepless nights tossing and turning murmuring to myself,
"Need Bigger Tyres, I neeeeed Bigger Tyres"

Looks absolutely awesome!!!!!!

One of my favorites I have come across on here so far
Thank you!!! That means a lot. "thumbsup"

Since I had to replace the front driveshaft on this truck, I figured I'd add the Tamiya bent links while I had it apart. I have never used bent links on any rig, but I think this truck will benefit from them. I noticed the links hitting often despite this being a short wheelbase truck with large tires.

Per OSRS's advice, I also moved the upper, rear link link towards the top of the chassis plates. My goal is to prevent the truck from pivoting over backwards when climbing uphill. I also moved the lower, rear link back one hole to extend the wheelbase.

In this picture the bent links are installed in the front and the rears are still stock. You can see I have gained clearance.

Both links installed. The links are almost parallel to the skidplate.

Both links installed with the body on. I gained some length by moving the rear link back, but I also gained some interference with the body. I'm going to run it and see how bad it is on the trail
