4x4 Chevy Van

Thank you guys, and just so ya know, the Van is still "a rockin"

I need to make a newer stronger front window, the clear stuff I used is too thin and bends in too easy after run ins with branches or whatever gets in the way.

That is pretty damn impressive Bodean, I grew up in those things (my folks had a '78 and an '87 Beauville window van....both black with deep tint back windows too) and I honestly was wondering where you found a usable body that I'd never seen before.

Thanks guys. :)

@ BJoe, I wanted it gloss black at 1st, but for something this small, its, well, I kept thinking it would look even smaller, kind of an optical illusion ?? sort of...

I have been wanting to repaint it, but the wife says "No". :) SO I did get black wheels and mudslingers for it..it gets much better bite now, and maybe looks a little meaner.

That thing crawls pretty good too Bodean, if you don't mind me asking, did you find those bumpers somewhere, or did you modify the Clod bumpers, or just scratch build them?

Mason City......what state are you in?

Thank you BJoe. You know, for its top heaviness, it does really good. I still need to pick up another traxxxas radio so I can use all 3 gears..

The bumpers...I honestly don't know right now..I went back and read through some of the thread, and wouldn't you know it, I didn't tell anybody then either...lol. I know that they are either modded or I built them from scratch, one of the 2.

Well, tell ya what, I live in the same great state you do, about 3 hours away. so come on down and you can drive it and check out the bumpers. :)
