So, I clicked on this thread again and about jumped out of my chair. I could have swore that their was a HUGE train wreck behind my shop. So, I opened the back door and snapped these pictures....

Nope, all the cars were on the track. So, it must be something else around here that is a huge train wreck.....I wonder what it could be:roll:

Nobody wants to read all your posts, its a bunch of nonsense "thumbsup"

Will you agree with me that having your child in the seat while attempting any of those obstacles is a bad idea? Whether your intention was to complete the obstacle or not does not matter. I was there, I witnessed it, my heart skipped a beat more than once for the concern of that boy.

If I would have walked up to you and asked nicley to take him out of the truck would you have done so? I think your reaction would have been the same either way. So the guys yelling from above should have had the same effect "thumbsup"

I will agree that he should have never been on PS.
Thats what 'D' was taking about.

I will agree to disagree with you that pulling the front end up on a rock face is dangerous in any way to him. I will agree that, with me not saying anything to the people yelling at me, there was a cause for concern on a bystander perspective. Of course your heart skipped a beat... mine would have.

Everyone yelling at me just made me want to do what I had originally wanted to even more. Just my way of saying thank you for being dicks the whole weekend.

Before we even left I wanted to pull the truck up on something for him, as I said, dump bump was closed.

If I was at dump bump a few years back when it was open, and pulled up with a kid in the truck... yeah people would have came up and said something, (I hope) and I would have told them about what I wanted to do.
I am willing to bet, going as slow as I could, people would not have a problem with me pulling the back tires up to the rock face.

I would have done it slow and easy, not like in the tub where I gave a little chirp for you guys. You guys made me rub it in.

Givin me such a hard time, I had to. ...wheres the flip off smiley?
Oh there it is...:flipoff:

I know with the heat of the moment and how I made things look, you only seen what you wanted to.

You people are the true dumbass's.

Met a few cool people out there, of course I am not talking about you and you are not included in this or any other discussion.

Oh please.....you send me hateful private messages and I send you a response in a similar manner and then you go cry to a moderator about it....after a few months hiatus, you wipe all of the sand out of your mangina and decide to come back and send me more hateful PMs. Go turn that into your local police....but be sure to take pictures of their faces as they laugh at your ass.

It sure does seem like you only remember what you choose as opposed to what is fact. This might be a problem when you grow up.

When is someone going to ban this moron?

You PMed me! why would I PM you?!!!

Keep it up buddy! "thumbsup"

Shouldn't you be working on the atlas?

Thats all anybody is concerned about, making sure the child is in good hands. I am glad you can show/admit you made a mistake and I am sure he is a great child, all the more reason to keep him out of harms way ;-)

Only seen what we wanted to?? So if a guy walks into a bank with a loaded gun on display I should take a step back and wonder if he just wants to share how shiny it is with the clerk? Dumbass's? No... Just concerned about someone's safety who is too young to make a choice about the situation he was in.

WRONG. Your memory is fading.....

Try again, idiot.

BTW, just in case you forgot already, this time it was you again who sent a threatening pm. I have yet to respond....

I wasnt there, but it sounds like the people there were only concerned with the safety of the child involved. I'm sure that in no way were they yelling at you to get under your skin, or to egg you on. I myself have a 3 year old son, and if I were to do something that was putting him in harms way and not realizing it, I certainly would want someone to tell me. Not everyone is perfect, that is a fact. It is about admitting when we are wrong and learning from it.

I seen him Sat. when I judged with Jeff (Kamikaze) on Course 2 and he was alittle red for my taste

As for the "red as an apple" comment, you are in the middle of the desert... How many grown adults were just as red if not more so than my son? He had sunblock and plenty of water. He had more water than Mom did during the day. Once again, if you don't know than you should keep you mouth shut.

Did you not read 'D's post?? She refused the sunblock because he was already wearing SPF 50 for kids even. He had it put on a few times each day even.
Yes there was a shit load of ADULTS getting red. The key word is ADULTS not toddlers, You tell me what toddler knows to put on sunblock or stay in the shade.... none, and you had him out in the sun all day long. LIKE I SAID he was red because I saw him out in the sun when I was judging Saturday.

Why are you attacking my woman now?
HAHA! If I was attacking your woman you would know. But the truth of the matter is that I wouldn't attack your woman as she seems to have a straight head on her shoulders, while you seem to still have yours up your ass. "thumbsup"

Badger is a full blown a-hole
Thank you.

Really appreciate this badger. Ya ass.
Your welcome. Anytime I can help.

Im sure everyone wants to let this die by now but I need to get my 2 cents in...

I was there, standing along side Dean and John as WC made what I would consider a pretty poor fawkin decision. He did regardless of what he may say, make attempts at the hot tub climb with the child in the truck...

Heres the way I see it...

-It was wrong

-He endangered himself, his gf, and the child

-The truck had NO CAGE.

Jim, Miniwheeler, rolled his truck which I would say was built way better (and safer, has a cage) and is more capable and guess what? It still rolled. ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN, I DONT GIVE A FLYING FAWK HOW WELL YOU KNOW YOUR TRUCK OR IF YOU WHEELED ALL OVER THE US, ACCIDENTS DO AND WILL HAPPEN.

What really got me is, that after we were all yelling and shouting for him to take the child out of the truck, he gets out and says to us "I'm not taking the kid out of the truck because yous want me to, I am taking him out because its my decision"

I like how you say in your prior post WC that you feel bad for us...well I almost feel bad you... I think I would feel bad if you werent such a dick about the whole thing but after that I lost all respect for you... before I had no "internet" respect after you bitched me out in your RCC bitch fit thread about how the mods suck but after seeing your poor decision making in Moab, in person, you really proved what kind of man you really are...

end rant

I wasn't there so I can't comment on what happened, but if what he said about pulling it up onto the rock face and chirping the tires in the process, then backing it back down the rock face, I see no problem with that. if he actually kept it gunned, tires spinning all the way up until he stopped, then coasted back down, to me that's an indication that it was an actual attempt at making out of the hot tub, and judging by the reactions on here that would have been a majorly poor decision for him, his GF, and his son, even if the latter two weren't in the truck. a roll in an uncaged rig is rarely a pretty ending for those in the rig, and it would suck for the kid and D if WC got hurt or worse. as for the bouncy third member, I do hope you at least tied that down after it bounced up and down a few times, or after you got to the top of PSH.

that's just my take on it. if things were was WC said they were and he was not making attempts at clearing the hot tub with his kid in the truck, then people need to shut up, quit E-bitching and get off his case. however, if he was really making attempts at clearing the hot tub with the kid in the truck, which from all indications I've gotten from the driver of the rig in question (that being WC), was not the case, then just about all the concern and complaints that have been voiced are 100% justified. some of the comments were a bit off-color, but that's to be expected of a scolding post on RCC

I was at the comp and can say for a fact that WC and D both put plenty of sun block on the little man. I was not on the trail ride and did not see what happened there. But I have wheeled with WC, D, and the little man, for a couple years and I have never, not once, seen them put their son in harm's way. He never has, never will.
