Thanks. You just need 2 axle housing halves that have the pinion output in them. Grind the lips off of the perimeter of both halves and screw them together like a standard axle. "thumbsup"

Nice rig...what parts did you use to Extend the honcho bed? I have a Honcho truggy bed but stuck on what I could use to extend it with...(it's being mounted up to a Dodge Ram hardbody regular cab) I need it about 3" longer to work with my Dodge body.

I just used a second Honcho cage and cut the side rails that the Lexan bed attaches to as needed. I used our long M3 set screws to attach the 2 cage halves. I am going to machine Delrin spreaders for the top of the cage, which will replace the aluminum links I have in place now. I used 1/4" aluminum rod to connect the bottom of the cages, and painted them black to match, that is what the battery box is zip tied too. Hope that makes sense. :ror:

I spotted that a couple weeks ago when I was there, that thing turned out sweet!!!!! Nice work Brad"thumbsup"

VERY creative thinking, especialy on the center axle and rear suspesion.8)
Any thoughts of making the rear axles steering axles so it could turn sharper?

I didn't add 4 wheel steer mostly just to keep the build simple. Plus, I may be adding a few more features like a winch, dig, and lights that I can turn on remotely. so, I may run out of channels. :ror:
