I wrote this with bits and pieces of other games and think it could be fun.
The rules make this game as hard as u want it. If u want to win u need to drive efficiently and smoothly as possible.
All penalties and bonuses count for time in the end.
Being first across the line isn't always best!
"G6" style scaler run!
-All classes run same course(s)
-Classes are determined by national regulations;
•set time value taken off the top:
~c1 3mins
~c2 1.5mins
~ c3 Zero
•additional time off for scale crap
(Does not count mandatory recovery tools. Must meet cap to get time bonus)
~30 c1 3min
~20 c2 2min
~10 c3 1min
-No set run time for course completion. For the run to count the vehicle must complete all gates under its own power, tugged by winch, or towed by a second vehicle
-Time penalties awarded for;
•reversing 15sec
•rollovers 2mins (not awarded if self recovery is performed)
•gate crash 3mins
•touch 5mins (for any reason except self recovery ie: hooking a winch line or removing a recovery tool)
•assists 2mins (tugged by someone else's winch or strap. No assist penalties for using stationary "anchor" vehicles)
-bonus times awarded;
•assists -3
•bonus gate -2
Other;
-no throttle jacking (4 or more successive fwd/reverse) to right a rig (this is not a 2.2 comp and the game is to be as scale as possible)
-all rigs must have a recovery loop, ring or hole for a hook
-drivers may use tools onboard the vehicle in certain situations ie:dynamite, chainsaws, sandramps, land anchors, firewood, other (to be discussed)
-all rigs must have a functioning winch (rigs without winch will be given a one time +1min penalty and use the supplied winch truck/box)
-rigs must have a "flat" spare
-no additional time penalty for winching your own vehicle
-Group or staggered buddy starts
-30 to 100 gates
-up to 5 bonus gates
-up to 5 special skills sections
-fastest time wins
