A new Element uncovered? IFS Conversion for Enduro and SCX10

One of the Element guys said on FB there are no plans for an factory IFS truck right now. Maybe if the conversion is a raging success it will change their minds but I wouldn't expect one any time soon.
Oh Man... I was trying to keep myself from buying it a little longer.... Now you've ruined my plans! [emoji1787]

I try very hard to keep my RC spending to a minimum. So, I like to avoid paying for parts I have no intention of using. i.e. stripping the front axle setup out of an RTR Sendero.

I can be patient. So, I'll sit back and watch, while this IFS thing plays out. If Element's kit is a hit, I do think it could drive other offerings, whether they be an Element IFS RTR, or some form of IFS offering from another mainstream company.

Yeah. I completely agree. I just know that I am usually impulsive and cant wait, so might spend on it in any case if the urge comes.

Alrighty so I've decided to buy the Enduro kit and the IFS kit.

If you were doing the same, what upgrades would you get with it? This will be a fun trail truck.

I wonder if the chassis flex will be a non issue so the grey parts won't be needed.
Front driveshaft angle shouldn't be a problem either.
I'll still put in the overdrive gears in the transmission.

It should be pretty tough right?

Dang it. Since my 1:1 is IFS, I gotta get it..

I’ve got the ifs kit on order from my lhs, now time to impatiently, oops I mean patiently wait for it to finally arrive. My 3d printer will be busy in the meantime to get ready for the build, 56 hours total print time and I don’t know if I will use all of the parts!

Mine's on backorder @amain... hopefully it ships out today! I already built the Enduro sans front axle, just waiting on the IFS kit. "thumbsup"

Just ordered one from Amain with free shipping!:) It was in stock and will be delivered to my door this Saturday.

I'm thinking I may buy a Trailwalker to put this IFS on. I have been wanting to buy the Trailwalker body, but have been putting it off. Since I just added the Beef Tubes axles to my Enduro, I don't really want to tear it back apart to put the IFS on it. Hell, I haven't even had a chance to drive the Enduro since all of the last upgrades I did to it!
