AR60/Wraith Servo/Truss/Link mount

Thanks for sharing your setup. Things can be drastically different depending on what parts you run.

So, it shows them in stock and price is 0.00 and $5 shipping ?
are they in stock? I need some for my build.

Which truss are you looking for? Did you select the one you want then add it to the cart? I just tried a few different combinations and they all went to the cart.

Yep, as said above, if you choose the one you want, it will change the price.

All are in stock and shipping.

For those of you running a U4 front truss along with standard VP knuckles, what are you doing about the steering arms hitting the end of the truss before reaching full steering lock? Different arms? Just space the arms up?

There are a couple of different tricks.

One is to countersink the furthest out screw. Another is to taper the spacers and make it narrower right there.

Obviously, if you can move some rod ends, change the caster or whatever to not have it hit, that helps too.

Anyone concerned about the serco hanging down below the axle tube ?

The servo does not hang down at all on the U4 version. It does on the sporty version. On both, you have the ability to space it upwards as much as you like.

Any idea how soon the front sporty truss and mount will be available? I am starting a Wraith kit build but will hold off if it will be available in the near future. Thank you.

They are in stock now. You just have to check the box on the website.

Yep, sporty trusses are in stock. For a wraith build, I would suggest a U4 truss though. They are much stronger. The sporty trusses are intended for sporty cars.

What out on an alum axle housing? Wouldn't need the strength then right?
It would be the strength of the truss, not the strength of the housing I would worry about. Also, it puts the servo in a lower position where the U4 puts it higher.

Is there only one version available for the AX10/SCX10 style axles? Is there a discussion on that anywhere?

Erik is not able to reply to this thread at the moment and I don’t speak for him but to answer your question, yes there is only the one version of the front and rear truss for the scx/ax10 axles.

I couldn’t tell you if there is any other versions coming but I would guess no.
