Axial RECON G6 Iron Mountain Depot Adventure Series Event presented by Pit Bull Tires

That sounds awesome Parker!

So today we went out rounded up our obstacles to get them ready for transport to the G6 site once we get better weather. It's gonna take a club motorcade to get these moved to the site but we are up to the task! Check out some of the obstacles and rock right here -

We also went out to the site and its gonna be great. Check out a shot leading down to the creek -

And a very special obstacle to crawl , a rusty old Hilux body! We will forklift this into position and then add rocks to crawl on and off of it

Can't wait to get out there and do a track workday soon. SHould only take about a day to get everything ready to rock.

Sick Whip!

Details, plz.

I see your rocking the Official Tires of the RECON G6 in "Big Meat" size, but what else? Motor, lights, shock oil????

Spill tha beans, mccollom405. "thumbsup"

It's my Axial tough with G6 stuff. CI foams, soft front, medium rears, Holmes Hobbies 35T Torquemaster motor, stock esc w/ CC Bec, Scalerfab Rock sliders. Carter fab and machine front fenders, Gearhead Light bar, scale donor parts from my EXo, Fast Eddie Bearing Kit, RCWD shocks, Spektrum titanium gear servo, Spektrum TX/RX.

The Series Sponsor,

will test G6'ers navigational skills.

Keep the rubber side down and your zipper up. That way you don't lose your pants or turned upside down with this challenge. "thumbsup"

Also, since it doesn't look like there will be a TerraX at this years G6, I might just have to run my Wrexo in the mud class....

Still waiting on my chassis to arrive, rpp loves me with a 850.00 buck order .......... damn now for some HH love and SS while i am at it lol....... if i am building sat morning watch for Harley to get a size 15 shoved in his back side lol

I don't think doing 2 classes will be out of the question like it was last year. The course is going to be shorter than last year just by way of not as much space (we have 3 solid acres to work with), but in that space we hope to make it more interesting and each obstacle really count.

Don't let the "3 acres" fool you. We have had epic G6's on half that. "thumbsup"

Two classes, hmmm, you will earn it! Do Work, G6'er.

Man it just keeps getting better and better!!! I gotta get hustling on getting the final touches done and test the rig

Working scale dynamite... check

I'm working on a 1/10th scale working old school wood t-handle detonator box too.

As of right now we are hoping to "install" many of of the obstacles and rock at the course this upcoming Sunday (weather permitting). I'll snap some more pics if so
