Axial rr10

So I shouldn't open my mip ax10 driveshaft kit? Was going to use one for the front with the yeti rear shaft.

3S and 4S depends on the day's activities. The 3500kv I run on 3S in my Wraith has too much wheelspeed for my purposes. Hoping to get even more low speed control out of this new 2200. I still have the option for 2 speed as well so the possibilities are many.

I used the wraith MIP with two short ends. Should be the same as an ax10 shaft? ax10 is actually better if it has the larger pins.

Quick vid around the shop. It's freezing and icy outside ;-)

3300kv Holmes trailmaster pro, mmp, 5000mAh Venom 3s 35c, 12/64 gearing (stock) Ran it in the parking lot for a second, carries the front wheel at will.

For those of US that are waiting for our UPS guy to show up...it's gunna be awhile. Per axial "10 days until the next shipment. And 7 days after that for a second shipment"...........longest november/December of my life!!

Wow, so that was in low range!?

I don't have the two speed, not something I'm interested in. So that's high range technically. It could use a tooth or two on the pinion, plenty fast for around here though. I have 6s stuff if i want to go 50 "thumbsup"

First World problems...

Finally got mine out of the box. Feels real good. Better quality then my old scx10 rubicon I had. I've got a pile of stuff to add to it but I'm going to go slow this time so I can see exactly what part helps it run better and what parts just are going to replace those that will break. I'll probably wire up my bec and another 12 volt jst connector when I switch out the deans plug since I plan on adding fpv to it. As others have said the tactic feels better then the axial radios. As of now turnigy 2200 3 s will be the power source. My zippy 4000 3s fit but need to see where I can Stash the leads and balance plug. That's it for now.

One question. If I want to use my axial rock stars am I going to need some hubs? Looks like the original wheels are just held on by the hex nuts.

Quick crappy vid.

Quick and crappy yet better than ever other post on this thread.

I learned more from that video more than every other one combined. Thank you for posting that. Hopefully it ends the tug of wars on carpet.

Impressive elbo, looks like the forward weight bias is really good straight out of the box, even with a spare on the back.

So how do you like the low speed with your electronics? I'm looking at buying the same set up... curious if the setup crawls well as far as cogging goes.

I've noticed that there is a clicking noise coming from mine and others I've watched on Youtube. It sounds like it is coming from the tranny. I am guessing that is normal. Maybe I need to pull it apart and grease the gears.

I still haven't had the chance to really run mine. I ran it on my rock pile out back and it did great. I brought my Bomber with me to Chattanooga for a work trip hoping I'd find somewhere to run it. There isn't anywhere in downtown Chattanooga to run it, so I have jumped my laptop bag and crawled over my shoes. I hope the weather cooperates this weekend.

Well add me to the list that is waiting for the next shipment! Gonna see what I can do with one of these"thumbsup"
