Axial rr10

it would be nice to see the scx10 2.0 at some stage but i think vaterra beat them to the punch with the ascender. if they listened to what people want like ajustable chassis like the ascender, wider axles with smaller pumkins and bigger bearings, divorce kit and t case then they might have something to compete with the new competition

 Who wants wider axles with smaller gears and more torque twist? Not me.

Yup. As soon as I had my Blazer in hand I thought "this is exactly what an updated scx10 would look like".

Axials going the right way how do you think traxxas made all its money if you make a differnt truck with the same platform
You will have great aftermarket support and people sit here and hate on a truck they haven't even seen on the inside yet??

Ever see a Traxxas fanboi build anything from scratch? Me either. As long as we maintain and assemblage of vendors that like to get their hands dirty, we'll have plenty of aftermarket support if the platform warrants it. Axial could release an entirely 100% new rig every year, and there would be people here offering parts to put on them.

funny you say that i built a long wheelbase wide track traxxas based from a rustler with emaxx shafts a alloy chassis and steel cage that looked a little like a sand rail i used to race it against my friends losi and kyoshos at our track back in the day. traxxas could have built a proper crawler with solid axles ages ago that the could have marketed as a monster truck instead they brought us the telluride:cry:

Awesome. alot of new stuff that wasnt visible before.

I will admit before I wasn't wanting one too much but after seeing what is inder that interior and those new housings I want one....:ror:

Rock Racer. 35t brushed. Gonna need that high gear to shift on the fly :lmao::lmao:

Have I said I'm buying one yet? Well, I'm buying one.

Looks like I'll be able to swap my wraith parts over onto the new chassis with some small additions! Pumped for that!!!

Better than those 21Ts that burn up so easily in the wraith. "thumbsup"

You mean swapping your axles and electronics to a Bomber! I'm really pumped about the skid and yeti driveline. It's done me well in the yeti. Less of a pain to get to things than the standard trans.

Canceled my x maxx real quick for this thing already have curries in black and blue method wheels ready for it!!!

This is gonna be in my rc fleet for sure. Looks awesome nice and big and scale. Now just have to wait for the kit. "thumbsup"Axial

If I can make a suggestion for the moderators....IMHO the RR10 Bomber should have it's own section under "Scale Rigs Brand Specific Tech" and not be tossed into the Wraith section. The Wraith section is huge already and finding info for the RR10 specifically would be much easier...especially for the newbs!

History has it that we do that only after it's been officially released. "thumbsup"

after watching the video I worry about torque twist.
1:22-1:30
2:57-3:11
3:18-3:25

I may still get one and try to tune it out as best as possible, but i want the crawling side for class 3 purposes.
so its this or my 4th wraith build.

It has provisions for sway bars. "thumbsup" The rear looks setup alot like the yeti which needs the sway bars im sure this will too.

My dilemma is that I want to order one under the guise that it will be a Christmas present for my boys, only I won't be able to wait that long to open and run it then I'll end up having to buy them something else. I need to channel some patience and just wait for the kit, I guess.

More Realistic or Jealous? I have at least one of everything they have produced. Can't bash someone who likes a quality company and product. Like Screamer Said ... Don't like it, don't buy it. Keep the negativity to yourself. I don't think that the crawling/trailing segment of our hobby would be where it is without AXIAL......Eventually everybody gets what they want(like those who are begging for the monster truck) it just takes time and patience and a lot of R&D to debut a new vehicle. They are pleasing a huge group of fans out there and this vehicle is going to be flying out the doors. "thumbsup"
