Axial rr10

I was all worried using SSD's centered rear diamond axle for nothing....I have absolutely zero clearance issues with the MIP Yeti driveshaft. Whew!

Awesome! Guess I'll have to order one but for now I put my underdrive gears in the stock rear diff and dropped down to an 11t pinion and the torque twist is minimal.

Also all my shocks were pretty much dry out of the box so I put some 30wt in them.
 
Advantages/disadvantages of using the front or rear sway bar mount at the rear axle?

I would like to remove the lugs all the way at the back, but it looks like most people have the sway mounted there.

I think I'm going to wait on were I want to mount my sway bar. To put the bar in the back were they are, they have to open up that hole. I'm a little worried it might make the wall thickness a little thin. So I want to see how it holds up to some abuse for a while.

Good to hear. That's the nice thing about these trucks, they can be set up in so many different ways.

I have mine build toward the Yeti end of the spectrum. Faster and lower than optimal for crawling. The low belly height will help with traction rolling significantly.

Looking in to the sway bar mounts a little more, it seems the rear mounts are from the Wraith. The front mount are more like the Yeti. I'm going to try the front mount, hoping I can cut the rear ones off. Found a pic on the home page here

Man how did you get your tires mounted so nice on your methods. I've wven mounted prolines on my methods but can't get these to mount good.
 
I have mine all put back togethernow. I put the VP Chubs, knuckles, lockouts and brass front wheel weights from my XR 10. Removed the drivers and painted drivers,helmets and addedsome scale stuff. I really like the tires but the wheels did not work withe the weights. I am now removing tires from the glue on Axial wheels. Gonna get them on an extra set of VP wheels.
 
Not mine, I pulled it off the social media stream on the homepage.

Must be Brandon's rig. He is the only one I know that has done it nicely. He said the s30 were made to be glued on and the r35 will be more friendly to internal beadlocks just incase anyone else was having and issue.

I hope it was, as I'm committed to the front sway brackets now. Gotta maximize the up travel ;-)

Added extra shocks to all 4 corners. It can hit a shallow curb go air born flat and land perfectly on all four and keep hauling at 20+ mph. I have a hobbywing 3656sd 4000kv with 15t pinion with a mmp. Ordering my sway bar next week to reduce twist.

From my measurements axial trophy truck score shocks will fit perfectly on the rr10 front and rear and will match the existing shocks.
 
I'm curious why the Holmes trailmaster pro is the choice in many builds when it is only a 2 pole motor. Why not use a 4 pole motor to get the low end torque requirements covered better? Wouldn't you want a holmes pullerpro over the trailmaster pro here or any 4 pole motor over 2 pole motor in general?
 
Technically, you are spot on with your reasoning relay1....but with that being said, I have been running this motor in my Wroncho Bug for quite a while and it crawls incredibly well, especially with low speed technical maneuvers. I will eventually get a new Puller Pro to try them out though. Folks say they are just as good, if not better than the ROC412 series and I have a few of those and they are great motors.
