They just need to have a 12mm hex and not too much of a backspace if any at all

The less back spacing the wider the stance. I think the wraith axles are a little to wide so i wouldn't get a wheel with less backspacing than the stock wheels. If anything i would want more. However you can only get so much back spacing before you start interfering with the knuckles. Does anybody know the max back spacing you can run on a wraith? Anything less than that would work also. good luck"thumbsup"

I just Run the regular Axial 2.2" Beadlocks.. they are make the Stance wider than stock, but the truck is more stable now. The width is a bit too much to follow a Honcho in a tight squeeze, but the Wraith blows it away on the hill climbs and and side hills.

If you want something cheaper than aluminum wheels but keep the track width close to stock get XR-10 beadlocks.

I run the Rockstar's and they do make the track wider then stock. I like they way they work/look for the price point. Yes I would love a set of Alum wheels but it was not in the budget at the time of purchase. If you are new to the site then do yourself and purchase a star. Then you can find you a sweet deal in the for sale section.

I'm running the Motoworx Talon wheels and couldn't be happier with a set of wheels. Easily the best bang for the buck, all my crawlers are now running Motoworx wheels.
The stock offset wheels allow the tires to rub on the lower links and shocks when at full lock and flex. The Motorworx wheels increase the total track width by 1/2" allowing just enough clearance between the tires and any part of the truck. Between the added weight down low and the added width the truck is much more stable than stock.

I second Motoworx wheels. I just got a set of the five spokes in the mail yesterday and they are beautiful! It was my first set of wheels and I was worried it would be difficult to mount tires on, but it was very easy. Can't beat the price and they were here in two days.

Or this...however the stock XR-10 wheels are perfect width for the 2.2 Ripsaws.

I actually had XR-10 wheels but I messed up and let an axle nut get too loose and ended up stripping the hex. That's how I knew I wanted a narrower track width. I don't know what stock was but right now with the Mayhem Berg offset wheels, I'm at 11 1/8" from outside to outside on the width.
