Finally got a builders kit and time to get it together.
Electronics are basic budget variety. HH crawlmaster 16t, EcoPower servo, 1080 ESC and a Spectrum 2 channel receiver.
I had the tires from a trade and pics up a Jconcepts tucked F250 since I had enough Jeeps.
Kit was really easy to build.
Already planning a FMM, 25% OD gears and building bumpers.
Can't wait to get it dirty.

Watch, it'll become one of your 'go to' rigs. The Maxxis Trepadors are still pretty decent tires, depending on the terrain. I need to finish my Enduro Builder's kit.

Has a blast breaking it in today at the local dam. Climbs like crazy.
Swapped the Scorpios off my SCX 4-10 mutt for better traction.
Only issues were with the steering servo not having enough torque at times.

Lookin’ good screwfly!

You definitely chose the right body to keep your performance optimal. I imagine the Scorpio’s are excellent at hooking into the rock?

Look forward to the FMM. Going to use a GCM conversion or?

Solid build! I just grabbed a builders kit last week also. Going with the same 1080 ESC, and a crawlmaster sport 12t.
Trying out a Cliffhanger body for a similar effect to your JC Tucked body.

Thank you!
I actually got the body for another build but it didn't fit the chassis right, so I sold it to fund the Enduro. Lol.
Scorpios did amazing. I may try the Hyrax's off my daughter's E10 to compare next time we're there.
Thinking of High Altitude Performance's FMM for it. I have Stealth X in both of my trucks so one's getting it!

Decided to put a SOR EPX kit on the truck. Parts are really great finish and go on easy. No real instructions but common sense helps.
My work schedule is pretty demanding so I'm going to get out to the lake next week to test. Will also borrow my daughter's Hyrax's to try them out.
