I know most of you run beadlocks, could you state your setups. how they work, how strong are they? Thanks all.

Well I have the RC4WD narrow 2.2 ones. They're awesome! They hold air, and have never had a problem. I'll be buying another set definately. I use them on my TLT tuber/ soon to be Juggy tuber.

I used this method. Works good so far very strong. I also like the home made look too.

I'm with FatRat, I like the home made beadlocks myself.

I just checked the thread again to see who came up with the idea and saw it was you gone_wheelin, Props to you, these things work great. Well at least with Moabs, guess people are having problems with Mashers and their thinner bead.

Thank you.

Yeah, still trying to work the bugs out on mounting Mashers. I have a set mounted and the outer bead is holding extremely well but for some reason the rear pops off. I'm not done fidling with it yet though.

I have run Maximizers with LST claws on my crawler before. Some tires can be tricky to mount but once mounted correctly there is nothing short of tearing the tire that will pull them off. They are also very durable. I currently have a set of Maximizers on my Revo and it has taken some pretty amazing tumbles with no damage to the wheels.

For clawlin I have narrowed Commandos with Moab Xl's. I really dont think that the Pro-Line wheels are as strong as the Maximizers but for crawlin they really dont have to be, plus Pro-Line 40 series tires are the best for crawlin. One more thing The Pro-line beadlocks have 36 screws per wheel ! The Maximizer have 8  making tire changes much faster.

Hope my rambling helps.
