I don't use wheel base. It does not do anything for me. :flipoff:

16.5

I'll take the internet do hickie any day over the world wide web. Why would anyone want to read about spiders on your world wide anyway?

I have run almost everything.... 15.5 was barely enough, 19" was too much..

A lot of it depends on what tires you are running, 5.5" tires, I would say 16", 6.5-7" I would say 17, Kongs I would think 18-19" would seem appropriate, but I've never run them.

16" seems to work good for me in most situations. I have 2 running that wheelbase. But, i guess a lot depends on terrain.

what about barking up the wrong tree? I mean exactly how do you bark up the WRONG tree? How do you even bark? [sarcasm]send me an email of you barking pastrylikedood@gmail.com [/sarcasm]

Where'd that come from PastyWhiteDood? hcfr34 and I are trying to keep this "on topic" :flipoff:

huh :? Maybe he didn't read the entire thread. Maybe he intentionally barked up the wrong tree. Maybe the tree really isn't a tree and the bark is a subconscious thought trying to escape. Hey birds live in trees. They also perch on power lines....online. There you go, he was on topic all along. Maybe it's late, I'm tired, stuck at work, and need a smoke. Where's a shrink when you need one. :flipoff:

I'm running 18 1/4" WB and my track width is real close to 16" and I love it. Links are 8" long and I've got 5" of clearence under the tranny.

I feel like I'm watching a George Carlin HBO special!

If crime fighters fight crime, and fire fighters fight fire, then what do freedom fighters fight? They never mention that to us, do they?

Just going off of what my brother has experimented with. He started off with a stumpy 14" WB and it sucked. It liked to flip over backwards and weird crap like that. Now he's running 16.5" (or something like that) and it seemed to work perfect at Vasquez rocks.
