thanks again Mini, for the deal on the tubes and tie rod. Haven't heard from you in a while, Did you just get back from the honeymoon? lol

Naw just got over a nasty fever was in bed fir a week. After I got back frOm Motorama the shit hit me hard 2 nights of waking up wet like I was at the gym for 4 hours and some nasty joint pains was bad but much better now thanks. "thumbsup"
 
Well finally got a chance to get my Viper out on some real rocks. I really like the new steering, no more beating my servo to death. Took some weight out of the front rims,didnt work too well. Seemed really light in front. Im going back to fully loaded with CI alum slugs. Maybe more. All in all it worked pretty well, just needs more tuning.

Yeah, i only found one line up. Its gonna be crowded. And i sure didnt make it up the first try"thumbsup"or the second:evil:
 
Just paid for me and my son (Rocky666) to go to ECC."thumbsup" Im stoked, this will be our first big comp!! Looking forward to it"thumbsup" Just hope i don't embarrass myself too much:oops:

Quick Q Bill are you running your Sedona's in the A or B direction? oh an any video from the climb you made? that looks like an amazing line to get to the top man "thumbsup":shock:

i checked...tickets are available....trying to figure out transpo right now....and hotel etc....ill be coming from denver colorado so i gotta find out airports etc and make the decision...1350 miles to the location by car....still kinda tossed up what i want to do but ive been kickn the idea around for a bit.............looked around a bunch...i can fly into birmingham and rent a car...or hitch a ride to the comp from someone thats staying in birmingham or something too....do you know if their is any camping or anything nearby?....this is gonna be expensive(looking at about 1k for the trip) and not sure if i can afford it right now....but im sure gonna try

I usually run the sedona's in the A direction. But occasionally ill flip them around when the edges look worn. I really dont notice any difference. I dont have video of that climb. But Dickyt does in his XR10 thread.

Yeah it wont be cheap, thats why i didnt jump on the tickets when they first came out. I really didnt think i was going to make it. But ill work it out. It is about 750mi. from here, so we are driving. About 12 hrs.
