Brood and Holmes are good. RC4WD has one. Few more places too. Machine wound are about $35, and the nicer motors can easily be double that.
 
Looks pretty good, Hobbywing 1080WP is a much nicer ESC for about $40, but if your budget can't do that the 1060WP is rock solid reliable.
 
Does the gearing for the motor to trans come with the kit, or do I still need it?

As long as your receiver can handle higher voltage, the 1080 has an internal BEC you can set at 7.4 volts to power your servo if you want (may not need the external BEC in this case).
