I'm new here on the bully forum, but not to moa rigs. So I've been wanting to do a bully build for 7 or 8 months now and finally decided to start to piece it together. I've had the build menu laid out in my head for many months now:

Roller
Bully lightweight axles-perhaps cast upfront
Vanquish wheels
Sedonas or Boss Claws
BJV4 chassis
Big bores/losi 4inchers
Not set on links yet-hi clearance for sure in back

Electronics
Tekin fxr/punk dig
DX3C
HH or Brood 35t houndwounds
Hitec 7954SH servo/CC BEC

What I currently have to contribute to this build:

DH wheels and rings up front/SLW and rings in the back-still need hubs and slugs
BJV4 pro
DX3C
Punk Dig
CC BEC
Losi 4" shocks

So there are still many things on my shopping list to pick up...it will likely be another month or so before I get it all.

Will also need to choose one of the many steering setups available to me, not sure which yet.

Just wondering what the bully peeps think about this build list in the works; feel free to chime in if you have any input.

Thanks "thumbsup"

Really can't afford to buy a rig outright but I can piece one together o overtime. Plus, I wanna do the build myself. On the other hand, if the price is right I'd be open to consider it.

Your build list looks good to me. I would recommend a LW gear case in the front with cast tubes and knuckles. Cut the tops off the gear cases while your at it. It really helps with clearance and weight up high. And clock the front axles back. You don't need a jig or anything just drill a new set of hole in the flange close to the original hole but not touching it. You only need to do the top three holes. There is no need to run the bottom screw so just leave it out and grind the gearcase and axle flange down nice and round on the bottom so its all smooth. Between the axle and motor the only way to run the servo.

I would do the mount like this guy. Way easier than the way i did mine.
