SSD sells a scale trans but its not divorced.

You can try Toyzuki but I'm not sure if they're still available and requires a different chassis servo mount then the factory one

Go on Amazon and search “SCX10ii front motor mount”. Injora and other companies make them. There’s one with a 2 speed as well. No personal experience with these, so proceed with caution.
