In general, ESC's are NOT brand specific to radio's. Most ESC's have a "calibration" process, look up your specific ESC manual and follow it making sure the ESC is in channel-2 on the RX with the correct polarity (black or brown towards the outside edge of the RX).8)
Issues are when you try to mix radio TX's with other RX's. Some work, some don't.
