Hover over you pix in photobucket, a menu will appear, click the bottom option (image link). Come back to rcc, right click, click paste.

welcome to the group chad , thank you for your service sir "thumbsup".

be sure to check out the rmdw's tip's and trick's section , as well as read up on poeples threads ( there are several different paths that people have taken ) . i have pics in my thread of both my comp crawler and my scaler with creeper axles .

thanks guys i appreciate it... ive had a lot of fun building it and its really helped with my TBI and PTSD rehab! i want to start slowly upgrading it but dont know where to start! any ideas?

Viper- thanks for posting that picture up there for me i dont mind at all! I've been trying to do it myself but i cant figure out how!

no problem bud . if you go to your photobucket account , then go to your library of pics , select the pic that you want and click on it , it will pull it up as a larger pic , scroll down a little bit and look to the right you will see a box with several different lines , the bottom one of the lines should say img code . if you put your cursor on the code and click it it will say copied , then go to where you put up your posts on here and after you write what you want hit enter twice to move your cursor down , then right click your mouse and select paste . then when you publish your post it will have the picture on it . if you want more than one pic then just go back and copy the next one and come back and do it again ( make sure to hit enter twice so you will have spacing on the post )

I always like starting mechanically.. what's the worst thing to not do..
I'm firm on the btl kit... Get the steering links an servo out of the way, then you can really feel the rig, when you don't have anything to get hung up on..
Tires, rovers, dona's... White dot Rovers are my go too... I ran Rmdw dual disc foams in my rovers on the creeper and a custom set of 1.9 dual disc foams Thomas made for me.I run CI double duece foams in my scaler an moa. It's what works for me in each rig.
Rmdw Lincoln lockers, SAI tubes are great for mechanics an drive train..
Then for me mips for drive shafts.. everyone including me runs/ran Traxxas drive shafts.. they cost just as much as mips an MIPS will last you forever!
Shocks.. 4" Lcc or big bores
Then a chassis is a huge part of it all.. no adjustment means ur stuck with nothing..

Now this is all assuming you want a competitive comp crawler and or bombproof.. ur weakest link is an will always be the tranny gears an the cvd's..
Hope some helps..

Nice area to play there man. Comp, i would start with a Chassis unless you like the twin plate style. I am more of tuber fan myself. i feel once you have the chassis you want, the upgrades will follow. tires and foams would be a good next step then move into shocks. personally i really like the look of the stock rims, i think they are really sharp with out the rings. i wasn't to hip on the rod ends nor on the body personally, but that is more personal preference then a needed upgrade. anyone i have talked to about the dig or rear steer who has either do not seem to use them much. oH and 2.4Ghz radio system, looks liek you are running either FM or AM there, less interference and glitching and better distance.
