Well here are the parts I need to order for my super.
Spektrum RX
Mamba Monster
A couple of 45t motors
Still not sure about servos. I'm thinking MG995s though.
And a proline Helios body the larger one for the Tmaxx
And proline Moab XLs.
Still need to narrow my axial super beadlocks and buy some adapters.:twisted:
Then powder coat all the parts so my super resembles my 2.2 comp rig.
Oh yea and I will be running 2 3S lipos for a total of 22.2 volts.

I support DB's to the fullest, that is my LHS. Rider's was always high priced anyways.

I believe the economy has more to do with their closing rather than lack of support, like many other business's

yea things are tight all over
there still is alot of other local shops and tracks to support and if there not supported how can we as Rock crawlers expect it to grow and get better and bigger with no support from the locals

i always went to riders in livonia for anything i needed before i ordered it. when i had my baja 5b i was in there so much they new me by name and always asked what new part i needed. some parts were scarse where i had to go to taylor. im not a big fan of nankins yet but now i gotta go visit their new place in farmington. i always supported riders. i even raced there when they had races and i didnt have to work. great group of guys tho. they told me whatever was on their shelf was going to ypsis store and they are closed last day was the 31st.
now this is probably gonna set some one off but Im gonna say it anyway, R/C car guys suporting Riders was not going to keep them in business. If the Riders in Liviona was like the one that use to be in Madison Hgts or the Flint store, I can see why it was getting hard for them to stay open. Since they covered so many different hobbies, everyone from every segment they covered had to share in the blame.

I totally agree with you I think that a riders store has to have different things going on cause Rc is only a small pc of the pie and unless you have a pro shop type atomsphere it will go away

when was the scale state champs? cause you placed in a SERIES not a state champ event correct?
it was not posted anywhere that the MiRCa series was for state champ points was it?
