Colorado Winter Series 12/19/10 Comp #3 Horsetooth!!

id say we do 3-3-3 amd finals for supers and 2.2

i was just gonna post up tonight and say id help judge. guess we are on the same page. prolly gonna piss the ole lady off but oh well:mrgreen:

I'm cool with judging Patrick "thumbsup"

As for the amount of courses we run that doesn't matter to me. How about this, lets run follow the leader in 2.2's for a hour then do a scaler run, have lunch do some BSing, then break the rest of our toys :)

Same here Patrick, I can releif in 2.2. I like Rubba's idea, But we will just break his:twisted:

Ok we can try 3.3.3 and a finals. Be prepared for more standing around in long lines and 15 minutes of drive time!! The things that will speed things up are shorter time limits or less drivers, it's not how many courses we run.

As far as I know no snow has fallen up there and the sun is shining!

I will get the judges sorted out later today!

Thanks guys,
Patrick

Let's do some 4:20 courses instead of 5 minute, or 4 minutes.

We got no snow up here, hell I didn't even have frost on my car this morning. The weather report for Sunday still looks good, hopefully it stays true.

Running 5 courses or 3 courses won't change the event time.

Running 5 minute courses or 3 minute courses will change the event time.

50 competitors on 5 minute courses should take 5 hours.

50 competitors on 3 minute courses should take 3.3 hours.

Running 3, 5 minute courses would give you 15 minutes of drivetime.
Running 5 , 3 minute courses would give you 15 minutes of drivetime, less standing around between runs, and finish the day an hour and a half earlier.

Might not be a bad ideal to wait and see how many people show up and then base it off of that. Could have a drivers meeting the mourning of the event and go from there. Less people equal more courses or More people could equal less courses. Time management is the biggest concern it seems.

666 knows how it all plays out, he'll make the right decision. Yall don't need to worry about how many courses or how long, you should be worried about the local talent. I checked the weather report again and it said sunny mild and 100% chance of me handin out a toy truck ass whoopin on all y'all! :flipoff:

Sadly I will have to miss the event due to Kennedy and her health. She is home from the hospital, but we are having to monitor her pretty closely for a while. I wish everyone luck and hope everyone has a great time.
I would appreciate it if anyone could help Patrick out and fill my shoes for this event. If you think you have what it takes please PM Patrick. Thank you all for the support.

Ty
I hope all is going well for you and Kennedy Ty. You have an amazing little girl and im sure everything will work out.

Thanks to those who volunteered to judge this comp!

All the people with a star behind their name I picked using the a random number generator based off the series entries, these will be the judges for this comp. Please post up if you are able or not to do this!

I need at least 3 relief judges too please.
