Hi, So I bought a used Crawler King for my son, which has become mind because he loves my wraith more. So I have been working on this thing alot. Last weekend I broke the front outer axle shaft. The parts blow-up shows it as A549. Its a 5x40mm part. Problem is I can't find a replacement. This takes the same as the wheely king which is still in production. Can anyone help with a comparable part number or something??

I ordered HPI 101228 which is also a 5x40mm part but it doesn't fit through the hub.

Any help would be great.
Thx

I have these on my Wheely King/Crawler King conversion and they have been holding up fine. I used them along with the c-hubs and steering knuckles they also sell. Haven't broken a part yet. A little pricey but well worth it.

Thanks R R! They look to be just about the only place that has them in stock (as long as the site inventory is right) so I ordered an extra set and some cross pins. Just not ready to drop the money for the CVD's yet. Rest of the axle is stock so I'd just be moving the weakest link.

I assure you that RCP has them in stock ;-) their inventory is accurate and their service is even better! :ror:
