Hard to tell from the pix, but it looks like you have some sort of hot racing center cap?

Nice Commando build! Once I quit building Toyotas up, I'm gonna Find/build a Commando. Pimpin build. I'm also interested in the Eclipse build. Good luck.

where did you get that atomic motor?

your micros sure are blinggy!!!

Blackstarhobbies.com for the BB2 but dont get the BB2 LS (long shaft) unless you want it long. lol!

yep couple stockers, couple blinged out units! the weight helps for traction a bunch.

The links are just the losi alum links. hr shocks.

Looks sweet, but what is that link coming through the windshield and onto the hood?

I call it my suspension body! i mounted the body with two ball ends and that link.

its pimp, the body can move as needed for tire clearence, instead of a solid mount. it works great, i must post some vids. whats cool is it can even go up a vertical incline and the body stays to the chassis you think it would flip back but the way its mounted to the front it stays stuck to the chassis like glue. my vid will show what i mean. i really like it, that truck was gunna be my comp crawler, but i had to buy another crawler cause i wanted to keep the SCT crawelr setup w/ the link mount.

Been working on upgrading my OG crawler. comp crawlers still a work in progress but coming soon.

Squeezed a 59T rally spur gear on w/ alum slipper and alum 2mm lock nut. key is to use the stock upper slipper disk for the lower, as the circumfrence is perfect for the rally spur hole, then i put 4 washers or shims on under the bottom slipper for the correct spacing to fit the spur between the notch on the trans shaft. then i used an alum top slipper. the case will not fit, even the oversized HR case wont.

Custom alum servo horn, HS-5065mg digital metal gear servo, custom longer tie rod for full steering throw.

custom bent links, using rc18B2 ball cups and a heat gun, narrowed(dremel) the lower control arm mounts to clear the shocks, streched the wheel base, used longer ball ends for the upper arm mounts on the axles.
