I found, or re-found a great spot for mild to wild crawling today. It's an old stone quarry about 200' off of Wilton Rd. in Mason, NH. Or 42°46'44.5"N 71°45'31.3"W for you GPS guys. I stopped to check it out after work today and only got to wheel a little bit before I broke a C-hub, but it is a pretty large area, probably 5+ acres or so of all kinds of terrain.

I did some crawling here this past weekend. Pretty legit spot that was easy to find right on the other side of the rail trail. Thanks!

There is an old quarry in Townsend, MA over the border. Might be some decent stuff there. A lil more of a walk.

I'm up visiting family. Saw this post and figured I'd check it out. I've been all up and down this road back when I was in high school looking for fishing spots, but never stumbled upon the quarry. Wow, what a great spot! A little of everything, for every type of crawler. My little 1.55 rig had a tough time on some stuff but I had a blast until I finally stripped out my stock servo horn! I was thinking of heading up Kidder Mountain off the Wapack in New Ipswich, but this was a lot more convenient. I didn't even get to explore the whole place.
Thanks for posting this!
