dang dude!!! thats awesome man! you customized those axles? u got a mill or something?

Thanks for all of the comments guys "thumbsup"

The chassis is a custom Diaz DTrail 11.3. I have used Monotuning high-lift shock towers, high-lift battery box, aluminium high-lift shift servo mount, a LOT of Tamiya servo posts and a Savage bumper.

The axles are basically a cross between TLT and XC axle. They use XC diff and pinion shaft with TLT diff shafts. The front axle has a MIP TLT CVD. The rear has RC4WD straight rear axles shafts but can work with stock TLT shafts and stub axles. The knuckles are TLT high steer knuckles. The leafs seats can be positioned anywhere on the axle tubes and use two Tamiya 1/14 U bolts. Tha axles have been CNCd in black Derlin. They are TLT width and the axle tubes have an outside diameter of 14.6mm.

The drive shafts are Stampede sliders with steel yokes on one end and modified TXT yokes on the other.

The dampers are turned down TLT dampers from MSD. they have been painted white and have mountain bike V brake boots.

The body was stripped and came up like new. I sanded the badges off and used metal badges from Scaleoffroad. The bed has F350 light buckets fitted, filler panel for the hole, number plate from Rogue Element Components, and a BruiserBuilder tailgate decal. I had the mirror machined in aluminium and the wipers are F350. There are some repro parts on the body, BruiserBuilder front and rear window, lenses from RCGrabBag.

I used an EMaxx tranny cos I had already built a three speed before the High-Lift came out.

I did all of the CAD for the custom bits but someone else machines them for me.

There are no plans to sell these, I already tried giving the CAD away for free to RC4WD and Yeah Racing! I might try and get the knuckles out though as they are TLT/High-Lift compatible.

I am really pleased with the result, it almost looks like it all came out of the same kit box which is what I was going for.

The truck is not for sale :)
The axles cost me around £350 ($700) with internals, the whole build cost about £750 (approx $1500).

wow, amazing work on everything. i know i'd buy a set of those knuckles... any thoughts on going higher with them? possibly put the tie rod above the leaf springs... i mean, a spacer would solve that, but wouldn't look nearly as scale.

Very very very hot bruiser!!! One of better than I have seen in my life,"thumbsup"
