Wanted to start a place to discuss a possible regional up here in New England in 2014. There have been a few questions about it so figured a designated spot to talk would be good.
Some non facts ;-)
A couple of us are looking into holding a Regional event up here in New England.
One potential spot we are investigating is Beavertail Light House
There is a campsite with 24 tent sites and RV hookups 4 miles away. Lots of Hotels in Newport, 9 miles away (Marriot, Hyatt, Best Western, etc.)
We will be coordinating dates with other clubs in the region (think Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Southern East Coast) to make sure we don't thin thinks out to much.
As you can tell it is not very concrete but we will see how things go.
We will post updates here and can help answer questions and take thoughts.
