Southern Colorado Scale Series 2014/15

Awesome time yesterday! I want to thank everyone that came out and participated/help. Shout out to the SOCO Crawlers for helping setup Trail Class. I know it was a little confusing/hectic at first, but for being the first event I think we all came together nicely. Hope everyone had fun and learned something about their rig,driving,scoring...I'll post a date and location for the next Scale Comp by the end of the week. "thumbsup"

Charlie / Chuckster12 you got $9 in winnings...see me at the next comp!:)

Had a blast at Palmer this weekend, couldn't ask for a nicer day to play on the rocks "thumbsup""thumbsup" Great turn out for the first event, looking forward to the next one :D

Sit tight fellas...this isn't a one hit wonder. I'm trying to nail down a new spot this week. How far are people willing to travel to play toy trucks?

You know how far im willing to travel sir. We have gone some distance. So im pretty much good with whatever as long as its not a weekend I am way busy.

With all the crawl spots we have in Co Springs i'm not sure why we would need to go more than half an hour outside the springs. with that being said i'm down to drive a bit.

The other place down south didn't pan out good...so I'm still on the hunt for a different location. I'm trying to get outside of the "Palmer" realm and try some need terrain. But to keep the ball rolling I'll throw the next comp in Palmer lol.

Comp #2 Sunday November 23 Palmer Park (Lazyland) Area...drop pin for parking lot coming. Find a spot to park and DON'T block the gate. Head down the trail at the front of parking lot. We should be about 100 yards from the lot. $5 per truck per class....if it's below freezing and windy it's a no go..but I'll post the night before to update if it looks unpleasant outside. 930 driver check in 10ish start time

We are a go for the comp still....my main concern was snow accumulation. Please dress for wind chill. We'll push back everything a half hour to give the wind and sun a chance to clear up more. Sign in is around 10am start time will be around 1030....Dress warm and let's have fun!
