I am going to put this thread up so I dont have to answer the same question over and over in PM's and we can all discuss here. It will be pretty loosely put together and I will refine it later on as I have more info.

What are these knuckles made for? I am not sure. Maybe every car in the world? I dont think the full potential is known quite yet.

Made from:
Brass
7075 Aluminum
Delrin
Possibly anything else that would be beneficial.

Can be made to fit these stub shafts:
Wraith/XR10/SDS 300 HD
Berg
AX10
Bully
Others are possible if there is a need

Can be made to fit these chubs:
AX10/SCX10/Bully2 (guessing)
Wraith/XR10
Others are possible if there is a need.

Bearing sizes:
Bully size can go anywhere from 12mm to the massive, bomb proof 22mm
Wraith/XR10/SDS 300 HD, Berg, AX10 can use up to 16mm inside and either 6 x12 or 5 x 13 for the outer bearing
If you want ultra beefy bearings, you have to step up to the Bully style outer. This can be done by putting a Bully outer on a XR10/Wraith inner shaft or by using one of the Bully specific shafts that I use.

Arms that can be used:
Dlux. Single and double ended, zero ackerman, non zero ackerman
RC bros
Crawling Calvin
VP Wraith/XR and racing ackerman arms
Axial XR/Wraith

Add on features:
Milling for tungsten derby weights
Super knuckle add on

All knuckles come with bearings for the king pins. Zero slop and smooth, smooth steering.

All the above can be made to 8* or non 8*. If youre using an 8* chub, the knuckle has to be 8* and vice versa. You do not have to use a Wraith chub for a Wraith shaft though. You can use an AX10 chub, Wraith shaft. The chub has to match the knuckle but the shaft does not.

Now you have to open your mind and understand that you can mix and match anything above.

All knuckles are hand made. You might expect simple blemishes due to this.

Due to the nature of the product, all knuckles will be made to order and there will be a lead time of approx 2 weeks. I dont expect that I will be able to start them until 12/20 or so and Christmas will probably extend that time frame.

The basic knuckle, without arms will be approx $115. Add on features will be extra. Arms will be approx $15/pair.

Once people start to see these in person and recognize the benefits the offer there shouldn't be any question whether or not they're worth the coin...great product as usual Erik 8)

Not taking orders quite yet. I have one more set of testers knuckles to finish, finish up my next batch of ultra lite axles and then I will be moving on to these.

Most likely, I will be taking orders and doing batches starting every Monday. As said above, since these define "custom" they will take awhile and I will need your patience.

Thanks man!

It usually does not take more convincing than to tell people that even though they are expensive, they are about the same price that they would pay for a set of good knuckles and knuckle weights together.

Question.. Will the different material knuckles be different prices? Or is $115 the base for all materials?

Just wondering because I know delrin is much cheaper than brass.

Thanks"thumbsup"

Good question.

Brass is much more expensive than Delrin but when youre cutting it 1" at a time, its not enough for me to worry about. It comes out to a couple of dollars is all.

$115 will be the base for all materials. 90% of what youre paying for is my time and the other is a touch for material and that also includes all bearings.

Yes you are correct seeing these in pictures and having it to see in person is totally different . And all other knuckles you are limited to options on weight and steering throw . And in my situation the steering arm was so close to the tire with running the widest hubs possible and delrin spacers I still tore a set of voodoo's and these solve those issues . Other option was buying new chubs , knuckles , shafts and weight all you gotta do is the math on that one..."thumbsup"

Yep, so many people just like you Jason!

I cant imagine how many people have the CVD version of the super 300 that want 8* but dont want the cost of all new parts!

The more I think about this and what you have done with this knuckle I realized you just made the most cost effective way for anyone to have a all in one package way to hit it out of the park Erik.

Thanks again Eric you scared my wallet away! I can attest to them looking great in photos but even better in person I know when I get my super I will be looking at a set of delrin 8* bully front and rear with the weight holder in the front.

Hey I was looking at this picture and was trying to figure out why the mount surface for the steering arms were angled down other than it follows the 8*. Is there any other reason?

I just copied what the Wraith knuckles do to avoid any un seen problems. I wanted to keep everything consistant.
