Drill chuck adapter

OK guys, I've been looking for a drill chuck adapter for my cordless screwdriver for a while now with no luck. I was not sure that they even existed until today when I saw one at work. No-one knows where it came from and I have searched for a while tonight again with no luck. Where do I buy this? Keyless preferred but not required.
