Dune Ready Jeep Rubicon

Got some other scale stuff today a new cooler with ice and more beer and some kingsford so i can grill once we get to camp. and i also got a late chrismas gift from my uncle that works on power block tv its a exteme 4x4 plate sined buy jessi anyways heres some pics.

That and i cant decide if i want to use this fake spare tire on the back of the jeep or not let me know what you guys think about it?

one suggestion, for the nuts on the back.. you might get more convincing results if u use BB's and a finger from a latex glove. couple drops of super glue around the bb's and suck the air out. might look a big more realistic

You shouldn't use nuts,finger,latex glove and super glue all in the same paragraph. For me it brought back some bad memories.:mrgreen:

:shock: I dont know if anyone wants to hear that story at all aleast i dont , but maybe some one else will try starting out with a doctor of some kind , Maybe DR. Phil :lol:

Well I got some more work on the chassis done I finshed up the front steering but i had to make a custom servo mount out of a piece of delrin I had laying around here are some pics of it .;-)

Ditch the fake spare :roll:. I love the truck its cool. "thumbsup"Could I get you to measure those leafs for me. length , arch height .

yea there just stock highlift springs there 4 1/4 inches long and about an 1 inch in arch height ."thumbsup"
 
the mail man brought me some parts today i started working right away i gor a couple sets of ram off road lights and my tires from rpp already i couldnt beleave it .

I had to go to the store and pick up orange ribbon no truck can go out on the dune with out a flag so i had to make one i used a traxxas wire whip antenna and i hot glued the ribbon around the whip and now i have a dune flag.
