Ebay advice

Well i've been browsing ebay for cheap RC's for a while, and eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices caught my eye.
One thing I noticed is that it how short the auction time is (was listed on the 11'th)
Now i've never used ebay, so i'm not sure what to look for, is this a solid deal from someone that wont screw me over?

Always check out the seller's feedback:
eBay Feedback Profile for gustopens

They have almost 1200 transactions with a 100% positive rating.

They are also in this country which is a plus.

I'm probably just being overly cautious, but everything looks fine to me. Plus if for some reason something went wrong ebay/paypal would cover it i'm sure.
I'll probably just watch, and if the bidding goes over 3 franklins i'll pass, since they can be had for 4 new.
