they can get the shaft up their rear for faking ebays website. doest take much for an experienced to track that site back and have the full info on the ppl who did it.

It's scary how real those emails can look. I received one that when you clicked on the ebay logo it was an actual link to ebay's site. Any email I get that I'm not sure of I always send it to their spoof department. Those fraud a-holes will pay for it one way or another.

Just remember Ebay and Paypal always start the email with your full name so you know it's for real. I too got several of those emails and did the same just forwarded them to the spoof dpt.

I get emails like that about once a day... (i'm a power seller), I just ignore them, I get lots more of paypal ones though.

a friend og mine got an email from paypal like that and clicked on the link, logged in and that day someone in NY stole 400 bucks from his atm card... and te bank was refusing to give him his money back because they had his pin or something... NEVER CLICK ON THOSE LINKS.

I get crap like that almost daily from both Ebay and Paypal. I get the phishing emails from banks I've never heard of almost as often.

Like most said, if you get these emails, don't under any circumstances click any link that the email contains. If it's an Ebay phishing email, forward it to spoof@ebay.com and if it's supposedly from Paypal, forward it to spoof@paypal.com.
