I know there are some gun nuts on here, lol. I have looked and was unable to find a thread where people can post up what kind of firearms they have. So lets see what you guys got to play with when you are not crawling, post them up."thumbsup"

I have been slowly building up my collection and I am very happy with what I got. Just yesterday I bought my first AR15 that I have always wanted

1) Smith&Wesson M&P15 AR15 with some UTG upgrades like aluminum rail guard, drop down fore grip, bi-pod, top picantini rail, and a red/green dot site

2) Taurus 24/7 Pro 9mm pistol

3) Remington 770 30-06 bolt action with a bi-pod mounted with a square picatini rail clamp on the barrel

4) Ruger 10/22 that is alot of fun to shoot and I have plans for stock mods later on

5) my classic Eagle Arms made in Spain double barrel side by side 12ga that is getting cut down to a 18.5" barrel.

My favorite is the M38. Don't get me wrong I love my Garand but it is a $2,000 gun and I feel like I am devalueing it everytime I shoot it. The M38 was shot to heck and rearsenaled by the Russians. The numbers actually match on it except for the plate on the internal magazine. It has been counterbored and is only worth about $100 so I don't feel bad shooting it. It is accurate, loud, and powerful. I call it my little arm cannon. Ammo is cheap, too. $90 for 440 rounds."thumbsup"

I'm definately one of the resident gun nuts. I've been into guns for 15yrs or so. It's my #1 hobby. R/C has been taking over the last couple years because it's so much cheaper... Bullets are a one shot deal (no pun intended), batteries can be recharged. ;-)

I don't have pics of everything currently but I'll try to find a few good ones.

Here's my "baby" Colt LE6920 AR-15 5.56x45mm

My two varmint rifles. Top is Remington 700VS 22-250 the bottom is a CZ 527 American .221 Fireball.

Here is the one I've wanted ever since I was a kid, and only just got it last year. Springfield Armory M1A .308. My dad qualified expert with the M-14 in the Army and just loved them to death so naturally his son picked up on that just a 'lil bit. ;-)

This is a really neat little rifle. a Czech VZ-58 7.62x39. Many people mistake it for an AKM Variant but it actually has nothing in common with it other than the caliber 7.62x39. It was made in defiance of the AK. Back when the Czechs were a satellite state of the Soviets they tried to get the Czechs to adopt the AK as thier standard rifle and the Czechs being the proud people that they are, especially when it comes to thier fantastic history with firearms, basically said "F-U" to the Commie bastards and came out with this little gem. I think it is superior in it's design and function compared to the POS AK. Its reciever is milled from a solid piece of steel and it's striker fired vs. hammer fired for simplicity and it's very light weight, and also has a last shot bolt open that us Americans so enjoy.

This is my FN PS90 5.7x28mm. I watched too much Stargate SG-1 and really got to love the P-90 that they used later on in the shows.. Once I learned they were available to us lowly civilians I had to have one. Really neat gun but super expensive for what it is. It looks goofy with the 16" barrel but someday I'll fork over the $200 for a tax stamp and turn it into a SBR and get a real 10" P-90 barrel.

Here are my 3 Sig handguns. From left to right, GSR 1911 .45ACP, 1984 W. German P226 9mm, 1993 W. German stamped P228 9mm.

Here are my precision/long range rifles. From top to bottom, Savage 10FP .223, custom Remington 722 22-250(since sold), above mentioned Rem 700VS 22-250, Savage FCP HS Precision .308.

Here is a neat pic of my Yugoslavian M48 Mauser 8mm.

And in closing just wanted to share the most fun I've had since I got into it. This was a long time ago now when the Savage 10FP was brand new.. I was out in a neighbors field and ranged out my target to 440 yards and took 8 consecutive shots at it with handloaded 68gr BTHP. The furthest I've been able to shoot to date.

The white dot you can barely see in the distance is the target.

This is the group I ended up with.. Pretty good for starting out with cold bore and going off of book drop charts for approximate velocity and bullet weight I had at the time.

On the left is my Steyr M9A1, in the middle is my Kahr CW9, and on the right is my .22LR GSG-5. The Glock isnt mine. :)

Hey! I've got a VZ-58 too! What a great rifle! (except for the fact it won't accept AK magazines) I love it. I also have a Izhmash Saiga 7.62x39 AK. You are right about the quality and the finish of the receiver - the stamp steel rec of the AK doesn't compare to the milled CZ one. Not to mention the long safety lever on the AK scratches the paint every time you use it. I like the VZ-58's AR-style switch much better! Yeah, I love shooting this little gun.
