What is the best way to mark your body post holes? Do you do this before painting? When do you cut or drill out the body post holes? Before painting or after? Any tips on painting for the first time. Thanks again, we are newbies.

There's a lot of great info on painting lexon bodies in the Paint and Body section, you'll learn how to prep for paint, get clean cuts and which paint to use.

But yes, trim out the body and drill the mounting holes then paint. If you paint first, you may chip the paint when trying to trim/drill the body.
