I just narrowed my 1.9 flat irons . I used CA to temp hold them together while i ran a bead of silicon rtv threw the gap from the inside .it worked great but i only had clear rtv so you could see it coming thew the tire . i fixed this by using black liquid electrical tape on the outside of the tire , the excess just wears off and it makes a nice clean black seamless look to the tire .so its an ez fix for anyone who doesn't like the look of there modded tire seam.

Cool now run em for a while then cut out everyother lug and run em for a while and then sit back have a cold beer and wish you'd done it sooner"thumbsup"
