I am new here and was wonderind why there is no classified ads on the forum

Ha...I was wondering where it was.

Does nobody take the time to read what they are signing up for?? Do you just blindly click "OK" to everything?

It just boggles my mind that otherwise intelligent people simply click "OK" to anything and everything that looks like legalese, without at least taking a minute or two to skim over it to get an idea of what they are agreeing to.

It is no wonder viruses get spread around so easily... just blindly accepting everything shoved in front of you without reading it is not good practice.

The information about the classifieds was in the agreement you had to accept when you joined up.

It is also posted in the "Forum Rules" section - up above, in bright green letters.

And I am willing to bet that a simple search would have turned up dozens of posts, just like this one, from others that didnt bother to read the agreement before accepting it.

With so many software providers bundling garbage with thier products these days - things like toolbars (which can be backdoor entries for viruses and worms) and unwanted "antivirus" programs, and who knows what else - I have gotten in the practice of checking things carefully before I click on that "OK" button - for EVERYTHING - including forums

I think chokestick should be wearimg some, or at least have some lube on hand (not literally :lmao:). These just got dropped off in the chit chat section. should be interesting.

Yep, just saw that myself.

I tried to answer his questions then after 8-10 realized it was almost a lost cause to even try! I don't normally give up on stuff but I had to on that! Lol

I started to do the same until I spotted the multiple posts, and figured wth, he's not reading them anyway.

Yes, everybody needs to READ, there is no spoon.

OP...two threads on same topic? Really?

He must be to shy to reply, I spent a whole month just reading all the stickies and searching for random stuff. It's all there just open your eyes.
