So I finished the ifs conversion and the front and rear now spin in opposite directions. I went over everything again and it's built as per the instructions and nothing seems off.

I can't figure out what it is. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Joe

Sounds like you have a diff in backwards...if that's possible on an Element truck.

The front diff ifs only able to go in one way. In the instructions the only thing that changes oi lowering the position of the shock.

I'll have to tear it down or give another thorough inspection.

Unsure, as i do not own one but flip the gears in the rear axle, or flip the whole axle

Yeah, mine did the same thing. The instructions show the ring gear to the right side, I believe and they have to be on the left. You will have to flip the gears. I did the rear axle.

That's exactly what it was. I just finished reassembling the its unit. It was pretty quick since ther gear is right at the bottom. I just flipped the front gear to the left and is spinning correctly now.

Thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it.

I built an IFS so changing the rear was a lot easier..:)
