Futaba 4Pk VS. Spectrum DX3.0

It is NOT a replacement for the 4PK....think of it as the 4PK's little brother:mrgreen:

I thought that was the 3PKS like I alreaedy have:?... we talking a 4 channel with a few less bells and whistles than a 4PK in the 300 dollar range:shock:

As long as Harley doesn't procrastinate too much he will be the first one to get the details out to the masses. He should have it some time next week so keep your eyes open for his thread.

With the common consenses being the 4PK is best of the pistol grip. Couple of questions. Does it do monitoring and can it be setup to do rear stear somehow?
I figure my wife is already going to kill me when she sees the CC bill so might as well go for broke.

Ok found the answer about rear stear (yes) duh. But still haven't seen anything about monitoring. Figure at that price it almost has to but would like some confimation.

Sorry I didn't see your posts. The 4PK does do monitoring, it is what my main screen is set to.

Check my 4PK tips and tricks thread, I have several videos showing how the rear steer and such works. If you have ay questions feel free to contact me directly.

I have step by step guides to just about anything on the 4PK, the radio is INCREDIBLE!

One thing to consider, is what other vehicles this radio is to be used with. Spectrum radios will not work as good on boats as the Fasst radio, most boat competitors in Norway tested Spectrum and found it unstable, but many of them use 4PK these days.

If cars and trucks is your only hobby, then I guess most spectrum radios will do the job.
