Gd600 ?

i remove the gear from the gd600, mount it in the chuck of a power drill, then grab like 5-8 Emry boards (nail file boards), lock the drill at top speed, then take the emry boards and start to sand down the end till your pinion will fit. This takes some time but it has seemed to work pretty good for me in the past. have turned down quite a number of these. Make sure your pinion is meshed up correctly when you install this thing cause if you strip it you will be kicking yourself in the rear!
