Good Mail Order Hobby Stores.

Hey guys was just wondering if anybody has any recommendations for hobbies stores that will ship internationally. Im in australia and have used tower hobbies quite a bit but was wondering what else is out there that has good crawler bits (ie tires, rims, ball ends, motors servos, etc) Ive also purchased bit from the crawlers store but i need a store for general crap.

I have had great luck with these two. Stormerhobbies has Hitec servos and Losi parts that you can not get through Tower. Hobbypeople has lots of Xfactor parts, their shocks are real good.

I just bought a Hitec servo through tower last week. Tower is the only one I've used, because I've never had a problem.

I used to go to perth hobby centre a fair bit but there prices are WAY OVER THE TOP!! imho....i got sick of them telling me what i needed when i went into buy materials for my crawlers...one guy in there told me i should be using piano wire to make links....um yeah sure mate.

www.towerhobbies.com ships international as far as i know and are basically the meca of R/C parts. the only thing they dont carry is losi from what i could see, but they still have some losi parts.

Hmmmm, I had trouble finding the HS-5945 before but now I see it on Tower. Oh, well Stormer is cheaper anyway.

I've bought alot of stuff from Stormer. They've been pretty good. And they're easy to contact if you have questions too.

I've also bought parts from RCMart once, with no problems other than it took two weeks to get to the States.

I buy all my small stuff from there...if I need it quick, I go straight there. I'm a member on Team Adrenaline (www.teamadrenaline.net), which is a Perth based RC group, and we get a TA discount if we shop at Perth Hobby Centre

I just got my crawler, and its in the build but yes I'd be very interested in hooking up with some Perth crawlers.

www.rcboyz.com has good prices on most things. I get stuff from tower and stormer mostly, whoever has the part in stock.

I'll give another quick plug for stormer hobbies. I ordered a set of tires from them on Wednesday afternoon (day before major holiday) and got them this morning :shock: Tower still would not have processed my order, I am thrilled!
