No, there is no ability to actually match a MAC number up to an individual. It's all randomized within the software. And if you think the state is actually capable of reverse engineering that and figuring it out... you'd be kidding yourself.
Plus there is nothing usable from that really.

That's what I was thinking what good is knowing where you go if your not doing anything illegal.
What that type of info is used for is establishing patterns through interchanges or intersections to tell what movement is the heaviest for planning of future improvements and such.

You'd never be able to see one installed. The antennas are the size of a flash drive.

Size, portability, reliability, etc. Air flow actually helps quite a bit, even if it's hot air.
