Only cost me $249.00 shipped. Every place up here was out but luckily Amazon had 3 left. Can't wait to get it and start playing. I seen a thread about all the free upgrades on here but can't seem to find it now. Anyone remember where it is?

I saw in the recent rc mag that losi is giving away free lipo and charger with a MRC purchase so you might want to look into that"thumbsup" Congrats!

Thats cool if they are. But why would they give you a LiPo battery when the ESC doesn't have a LiPo cutoff? I like having the LiPo cutoff because now i don't have the worry about how long i have been driving before i have to stop. Why don't they just put a LiPo cutoff in the ESC from the factory?

Well crap I just seen that. But it's only for specially marked boxes at local hobby shops. None of the local shops here had any so either way I'm out of luck.

I just run my lipos till I see an obvious lack of power, then I change batts...Haven't over-discharged one yet!"thumbsup"

Well I'm already planning for the parts I need to upgrade. Want to get new spindles, front carrier, lower links, front/rear/center lockers, threaded shocks and maybe some of the 1.9 bead lock rims from losi. Think that will get me started.

I have had mine for about 2 weeks now. First thing I did was buy beadlocks and tires, the stock tires are too stiff. They are fun and very addictive, enjoy! You might want to look at the axial 1.9 beadlocks as they are alot cheaper and bolt right up.

i talked to one guy and he was pretty sure that the stock ESC has a lipo cutoff. i guess he was mistaken?

Mistaken, yes.
Add-on Lipo cutoffs can be purchased; but if you're thinking of eventually upgrading ESC's, you may end up with one that has an internal cutoff anyway.

Well the MRC made it in today. Can't wait to get home and have a little fun. Guess I better order some upgrade parts cause I know I will need them soon. "thumbsup"
