this is just thrown together, need to put servos and steering on it, and paint a new body for it. couple poser pics, kit came very well packaged, and materials look great. cant wait to try it out.

Seriously though, looks good. It looks like you have it setup with the longest WB possible, what is the wheel base and what shocks are you using?

the body is off a boyer tube chassis i had, im not going to use it, just wanted to see it put together, the chassis is at 4 3/4 and wheelbase is 17.5 4 inch shocks, this is my first clod, always had shaftys. what is the average undercarriage height? any help would be appreciated. also i am an adult now and i ate cake for dinner, and theres nobody here to yell at me.

For that style chassis I would say 4" is pretty good, I had mine set at about that and I was very pleased with the results.
If you have alot of really steep stuff to climb 3.5" would climb better but get hung up on the jumbled stuff more.

4 inch is the lowest i can get it, but i dont have battery or electrics in it yet.

how do the bottom of the shocks mount on these chassis? Link mounted or axle?

they are link mounted, used it yesterday for first time, works very well, i need some new tires but it performs very weel, it made all the lines my jugg axled boyer tuber did with ease.
