Unfortunately I have to wear a hard hat all day. I was thinking of adding a computer fan or something similar to it for some airflow. I'm constantly out in the sun and hard hats are hot!

Fishing hat, not the best looking but I use one like this when my booney hat isn't enough. Full coverage on the back of the neck and it covers the ears. Not to bad on heat, but it sure beats the sun beating down on you.

same here, my 'Operation Desert Storm' desert boonie. I keep it drenched in cold water, it helps to keep me from over heating while I'm working outside.

X2 on the lifeguard hat, only wear it when i'm out crawling pretty much. at work i have a beat up new era flat bill hat to keep my head clean under the buses in the shop.
