i've been putin some serious thought into gettin a helicopter but i don't really wana buy an expensive one and just ruin it. so i was wondering what my options were for a house flyer. i know theres a really cheap one at wally world that i know i would destroy. is the pico the best buy in this kinda situation?

I have a blade CX I bought so I could learn how to fly helis. I've put some upgrades on it but they are pretty nice stock. I had it in the air hovering after about 10 minutes of taking it really easy. They run about $170 for a regular one or around $200 for the one with the 2.4ghz radio.

i've been lookin at these to but there a little expensive right now im lookin for somthin under 50 bucks

just last night i picked up the air hogs wally-heli for 15 dollars . i saw it for 59 a week ago and when i saw it for 15 i couldn't pass it up. excellent little flyer for the price. the controls are a little weird (turn a little to the right to accelerate, turn a little to the left to decelerate) but it's very fun to fly around indoors, it's has proportional throttle and steering, with steering "trim" and it is surprisingly durable. i have had several horrible crashes and i can't see any damage. after about 10 minutes of charging i get about 5 of flying

agreed, get the one from wally world. My buddy has one and flied it around in the office. They are pretty neat. You can find a used Blade CX for around $100 too if you ever want to upgrade. Flying the CX is a whole different thing compared to those little foamies.

check xheli.com heliguy.com and a few other online sites I cant remember. I picked up a falcon 40 fixed pitch for 89 ready to fly. They have them in the 30-50 range also.

NO, NO, NO!!

go to radioshat and get the blade runner micro mosquito (around $70) or the regular blade runner (under $50). Easy to fly, and you will pick it up super fast.
