hell yeah! i cant wait!

haha what a joke. my buddy jesse took 2 weeks ago his stock 02 and on his first time ever on a track, shitty shifting MF, ran a 13.4 on our local shit hole track. ive been our local F-body club president since 1999. im quite familiar with these cars. my camaro has been in 4 magazines. just about any driver has been running 13.2 to 13.3 over the years. street tires, shitty track.

...But but but i belive everything i read on the internet!
Are you telling me sometimes the real world is different? :-(

:lol::lol::lol:

What's this "real world" you speak of???

Yea, like my stock '00 T/A went 12.7 @ 110 stock but the mags say anywhere from mid 13's-low 14's so it must be accurate...

Car and Driver, what a bunch of limp wristed pencil pushers. Real world numbers, are the only numbers. I am a hard core Chevy guy. From my '66 Impala, '67 C10, '94 K1500 to the wifes '03 HD. I am very happy to see GM entering the retro styling age. The Camaro is a pretty good first production attempt. Sorry to say I have been a bigger fan of the Dodge styling, but it's still a Dodge:neutral: GM has been falling off because there styling sucks. The Impalas are not Impala. Two tail lights, I think NOT! The GTO, eesh. Don't get me started on that, blend in with the crowd, car. Now the Camaro, I certainly wouldn't mind being seen in that. Besides, just about everyone would no what kind of car it was.

how about some car companies come up with new ideas instead of re-hashing old trash? The 1st gen camaro was a fawking beautiful car, so was the old challenger. The new ones do nothing for me, at all whatsoever. The movie companies do the same shit, remaking old movies instead of pulling their heads out of focus group's asses and making something original.

And they wonder why american car companies have been bleeding to death for 30 years:roll:

Hey Cory, our GM Regional Tech Engineer guy showed up today to do some work with service. Guess what he picked up from detroit last thursday :-P
We went for a ride, i got to sit passenger. He is doing some "field testing".

Maroon SS 2010 Camaro, so bad ass.

The last thing I would ever do is spend 40 plus grand with a failing company. This goes for chrysler also. These car manufactures expect us to keep giving and taking money from the goverment to make unrealestic priced automobiles that 95% of the people paying to bail them out can't afford anyway. The whole auto industry is a joke and god help me the cars I have don't fail me cause I'm in no predictament to buy another. I'm part of the struggling middle class that makes their mortgage so the goverment wants nothing to do with me. Then again my vhicles should last quite a while...They are FORDS lol hahaha Just a friendly poke.

And as far as over priced modern age muscle and performance....Shelby FTW

I think GM needs more color options. I only seen black, red, yellow, and silver. Would like to see a blue, green, or even orange.

I seen a couple of the new Dodges, they are nice. But I still am a Ford guy and will choose a Mustang over these.

fleet of over 100 production form Camaros sitting in a lot at the GM Oshawa plant! It has not yet been confirmed where these cars are headed. The best guess is probably to dealerships as test drive/display vehicles. Lack of stripes and other options/upgrades suggest this.

getting closer, i cant wait. i hope the economy stays shitty so i can pick up a SS for a steal.:lol:
